HOW WE WORK
Since we receive more vendor applications than available spots, we make a careful pre-selection of our vendors.
Vendors can pre-register for a booth. Once the pre-registration closes, we review all applications individually to create the best possible curiosities market. We always strive for a balanced mix and ensure that new vendors and artists also get a fair chance.
We do not follow a “once you’re in, you’re always in” policy. We prefer to give opportunities to new people, encourage variety, and keep inspiring vendors to present the very best of themselves.
Please read the information about the edition carefully to learn more about the scale of the event, booth sizes, maximum capacity, and other important details.
SELECTION CRITERIA
To create the best possible experience for our visitors, we carefully curate our vendor list. Selection is based on several key points:
* Fit within the concept. Each edition has its own unique theme. We look for vendors whose work connects well with that theme.
* Quality. We aim for the highest quality while also giving room to emerging talents.
* Variety. A wide mix of products and styles makes the market more exciting.
* Exclusivity. Unique pieces, one-of-a-kind objects, or items hard to find elsewhere.
* Creativity. Original ideas and artistic expression always stand out.
* Originality & Innovation. Vendors who surprise with unusual, fresh, or innovative work.
* Diversity. We limit the number of similar booths (e.g., butterflies, jewelry, etc.) to ensure a balanced and diverse offer for our visitors.
NEXT STEPS
After the pre-registration, selected vendors will receive an email with confirmation and a payment link to secure their booth.
All other applicants will be placed on the waiting list and notified by email. If additional spots become available, they will receive a follow-up message confirming their selection.
